About

This is an example of a WordPress page.

I may even make it interesting at some point.

But this is where you really want to go.

    which I read as…
the cause is how to handle what must be done when it can’t be done
    the method is displacement
ventriloquists say what can’t be said with a puppet
    people blank out

what to do about it when you don’t know if anything needs to be done
    or should be done…
spend 15 minutes a day sitting in a displaced mode
allowing thoughts to come and go as they please
    without holding on to thoughts
    or pushing them away
after a while, which could be several days
    a changing thought MIGHT occur
and you will either be able to swear
    or not
    or something else

Boq (who thinks very very highly of you)

  2. Hey, thanks! Had no idea you were reading this ^_^

I’m not very good at relaxing my brain that much (I overthink things, and I’m most comfortable when multitasking), but at fifteen minutes a day, it’s worth a try.

(Future generations, take note: we’re talking about this post.)

  3. Hi Erin,

If you want to add Facebook or email sharing buttons to your blog posts, there’s a plugin that does it for you: http://tinyurl.com/sharebuttons

    Hope you find it helpful!

    Cheers,
